X I P U S H A, Qinghai Province

Xipusha is a small township located in the Eastern part of Qinghai, a province in western China just north of Tibet. This area is situated on a 3600m high plateau of the northern Himalaya mountains. JHF is currently in the planning stages of doing project work here. I visited Xipusha for the first time in December 2001, and was invited back to help with a needs assessment in September 2002.
