T I A N J I N  M A R A T H O N

On April 19, 2003, three of us JHF folks joined the Tianjin marathon. We opted for the 10K distance, though, not the full marathon:). It was fun and we enjoyed a brief moment of fame on the local TV evening news.

About 8,000 locals and 8 foreigners participated in the event.

Finished! I ran the 10K four minutes faster than my first run in Washington DC, about 5 years ago. Good to know that age doesn't always slow one down!
